Your Personal Host will provide clear and transparent communication throughout the booking process. They will discuss pricing, arrival details, deposit requirements (if applicable), and any other pertinent information to ensure that you have a complete understanding of your booking.

Price Variation: Please note that the pricing for our services may vary based on the specific rental or service you choose. Whether you’re renting a luxurious mansion or villa or opting for our premium transportation offerings, our pricing is customized to ensure that you receive the best value.

Concierge Fee: In addition to the rental or service cost, a standard $75 concierge fee applies to all bookings. This fee covers the personalized assistance and dedicated support provided by our concierge team to ensure that your experience with us is seamless and memorable.

Assistance with Changes or Cancellations: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and plans may need to change. Your Personal Host is here to assist you with any changes or cancellations to your booking. Whether you need to adjust your arrival time or cancel your booking entirely.

Deposit Policy: Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your booking, your Personal Host will guide you through the cancellation process and address any questions or concerns you may have regarding the deposit policy.

Meet and Greet Service: On the day of your booking, your Personal Host will meet you at your designated meet spot to ensure that you and your guests have a great experience. They will be there to welcome you, answer any last-minute questions, and ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
